Digital Downloads, Refunds & Returns

All DigiSak ebooks are digital products delivered as downloadable PDF and EPUB files after payment confirmation. No physical goods are shipped.

When a refund may be available

  • The files are corrupted or cannot be downloaded and we cannot resolve the problem.
  • The wrong ebook was supplied.
  • A duplicate charge or duplicate order was made.

Please contact us through the Contact Us page within 14 days of the order. Include your order number and a short description of the issue. Never send payment-card details by email or in a support message.

Once a digital file has been successfully downloaded, refunds are generally not available for a change of mind. We will still review genuine access or file problems fairly.

Physical returns

There are no physical returns because DigiSak ebook orders are delivered digitally.

Nothing on this page limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
